Service Description
Whether you're experiencing unwanted hair due to PCOS, hormonal changes, genetics, or personal preference, electrolysis offers a customized solution for your permanent hair removal journey. IMPORTANT: PRE-APPOINTMENT POLICY Hair Growth Requirement: Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks of hair growth before your appointment. Hair must be at least 1/8 inch long (3 mm), approximately the length of a grain of rice, to ensure it is visible and long enough to be gripped with tweezers. Avoid shaving or trimming too closely. Do not wax, pluck, or thread the treatment area. Numbing Requests: Numbing is available upon advance request. You MUST contact us directly before your appointment and arrive 30 minutes early to allow sufficient time for numbing application. Please Note: Insufficient hair growth may result in your appointment being rescheduled. Multiple sessions are typically required for permanent hair removal because hair grows in cycles.
Cancellation Policy
SERENE GLOW ESTHETICS BOOKING POLICIES PAYMENT & DEPOSITS **Services Under $100:** Full payment is required at checkout. **Services $100 or More:** Clients may pay in full or secure their appointment with a **$50 nonrefundable deposit**. **To Book With a Deposit:** 1. Selecting "Pay in Person" does not confirm your appointment until the deposit is verified. BUY NOW, PAY LATER Afterpay, Klarna, and PayPal are available for eligible purchases through our website. Select your preferred payment option at checkout. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS A minimum of **24 hours' notice** is required to cancel or reschedule. All deposits remain nonrefundable. **No-shows incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service price.** Deposits or prepayments already collected will be credited toward this fee. Any outstanding balance must be paid before future appointments can be booked. LATENESS POLICY A **15-minute grace period** is provided.
